We've begun the Month Seven gallery, beginning with a short shoot December 24th. Go on and take a peek!

Anastasia took another step towards becoming a big girl, even though she's thought she was big for months now. She has had her first meal of veggies, squash. I clicked off a couple pictures to kick start the Month Six gallery.

I finally got the DSLR back out and got a handful of gems (in my opinion). Yes, I am biased, but there were definitely some misses in the impromptu session (that will not appear here). We keep every picture of the punkin, though. Enjoy the Month Five pictures! In a scheduling conflict, there will actually be some Month Four ones at some point that Mommy took one day, but hasn't posted yet. We'll also catch her in her Halloween costume, even though Halloween's over.

Last night and today James posted some great new pics of Anastasia! The "month two" pictures have some real gems in there now!

New Pictures and a layout change tonight. To keep from ending up with a huge, monolithic album, we will begin dividing Anastasia's albums at logical points. We also added an Artistic album where our processed and heavily modified pictures will end up. We consider any computer-modified image that is drastically different from the original (like Anastasia in Bloom) to be one for the artistic album. If all we've done on the computer is simple exposure correction and basic cleanup, it will end up among the other unprocessed images in the other albums.

I just discovered that the automated emails probably weren't being sent from our site, so you don't know what your password is or that it is activated. As of the time of this blog post, the error should be corrected. There are pictures online--on this site. They are hidden, however, and only users with an account on this site can access them. If you don't have an account, click the link on the left to request an account. I manually have to approve the account, so you may not have immediate access. Once your account is active (I will send an email), you should be able to login using the credentials that were sent to you. Be sure to check your SPAM folders as the automated message that is sent sometimes gets flagged as SPAM. Worst case, you can contact James or Alicia if you have trouble.

Anastasia Rose Purl was born in the evening on June 23. She required two hours of coaxing. She was 8 lbs 1 oz. She was 19 inches long. She is very "chilled" out and rarely cries (so far). Stay tuned for pictures and video captured within minutes of her birth. Contact James or Alicia for a login on this site to be able to access the videos and private photo albums. The emotions I've heard about surrounding the birth of a child were greatly under reported! Baby and Mom are doing fine. There will be more media content once we return home-I can't blog a long post from this iPhone!
